Wholeness is not the absence of wounds. It is not the day the struggle ends and everything aligns. It is the increasing capacity to hold all of what you are — the survival and the tenderness, the damage and the direction, the places that still ache and the places that have begun to open — without needing any of it to be different before you can belong to your own life.

The challenge now is not insight. You have that. The challenge is sustainability — how to keep this alive when the book is closed and daily life resumes its old pressures.

It is not a program with an end date. It is a set of tools you carry with you.
